Nocton Woolshed

Nocton Woolshed in Clevedon is a working shearing shed turned into a rustic space for weddings and other special events. It keeps the original corrugated iron building with a rimu floor, and an original homestead stands beside it.

The venue hosts up to 120 guests, with a ceremony lawn and a wrap-around deck that take in wide views. A fully covered outdoor area with clear pull-down screens gives wet weather cover.

Hire includes a half day to set up and a half day to clear up. Couples choose their own caterer, with a list of recommended caterers on hand, and bring their own drinks with no extra corkage charge, although a bar manager must be provided.

Parking is available for 60 cars. The venue is open from 1 October to 30 April.
